Uninstall Tersa and delete data
Removing the app and deleting its data are separate actions. Use only the steps that match the level of cleanup you need.
There is no public download. The build is intended only for the Tersa Internal group.
1. Stop Tersa
Open the Tersa menu and choose Quit. If Launch at Login was enabled, turn it off first in Settings → General.
2. Remove the app
Move Tersa.app from Applications to Trash. This removes the binary but may leave local settings, Keychain items, TCC permissions, or iCloud data.
3. Delete local data
The current build has no separate Reset/Delete Data button. After quitting Tersa, remove ~/Library/Application Support/Tersa for Direct data and ~/Library/Caches/ua.firefly.Tersa if that cache exists.
Store data lives in the sandbox container ~/Library/Containers/ua.firefly.Tersa. Remove that container only after confirming you no longer need its local settings, snippets, chains, history, or backups.
4. Delete secrets and iCloud data
In Keychain Access, remove unneeded items with service ua.firefly.Tersa.
The current build supports upload and restore but does not yet expose a separate Delete iCloud Data button. If iCloud sync was enabled, remove Tersa storage with Apple’s iCloud management tools; labels can vary by macOS release. Deleting Tersa.app alone does not remove the iCloud snapshot.
5. Revoke system permissions
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and remove Tersa from Accessibility, Automation, Files and Folders, or other lists as needed.
Support correspondence
These steps do not delete email previously sent to support. To request deletion of that correspondence, email hello@firefly.in.ua from the address used for the request.
