Tersa Direct EULA and terms
This text is prepared for the first Direct release. Before a public download exists, it grants no license to an unpublished build.
There is no public download. The build is intended only for the Tersa Internal group.
License
After lawfully obtaining Tersa Direct, F1REFlY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on compatible Macs for personal or internal business purposes.
Tersa is proprietary software. Ownership of the app and its components is not transferred.
Permitted use
You are responsible for commands, packages, integrations, credentials, files, and environments you authorize. Use previews and permission prompts, and test risky actions with non-critical data.
Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute modified copies, or bypass Tersa’s technical restrictions except where expressly permitted by applicable law or third-party component licenses.
Third-party components and packages
Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses; the applicable notices must be included with the final release artifact. Packages and external services added by a user belong to their authors and may have separate terms.
Updates and termination
Direct updates may change or discontinue features for security, compatibility, or legal reasons. The license terminates on material breach of these terms; you must then stop using and remove the app.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tersa is provided “as is” and “as available” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not use Tersa as the sole mechanism for emergency, medical, life-critical, or other safety-critical operations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, F1REFlY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or contersaial loss, lost data, profit, or access caused by commands, packages, external services, or use of Tersa. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Mac App Store and contact
The Apple Standard EULA is the primary license for the Mac App Store edition. These privacy, support, and safety pages supplement it only where they do not conflict with Apple’s terms.
