Tersa support
Build 1.0.0 (14) is preparing for Internal TestFlight. Start troubleshooting with the build channel and the selected command’s permissions.
There is no public download. The build is intended only for the Tersa Internal group.
Before contacting support
- Record the Tersa version, build, macOS version, and channel: Direct or Mac App Store.
- Compare the expected and actual result using safe test data.
- Review the permission explanation in Tersa and its status in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Copy only relevant local diagnostics and remove secrets, tokens, personal paths, and private output.
Direct build
After release, the Direct build will be Developer ID signed, notarized by Apple, and carry a stapled ticket. Download it only from the firefly.in.ua releases page.
Folder, ZIP, or GitHub import exists only in Direct. Review the source, requested permissions, and preview before approval.
Mac App Store build
The Store build runs in the App Sandbox. It has no executable-code import, custom JavaScript, MCP, arbitrary shell, or Sparkle.
If a Direct-only feature is missing, that is a channel boundary rather than a Store build failure.
Sync and restore
Manual JSON and iCloud sync never move secrets, grants, or trust decisions. Risky permissions must be approved again after restore.
iCloud sync is opt-in. Confirm the Mac is signed in to iCloud and review sync status in Tersa settings.
