Tersa privacy

Tersa is designed without advertising, tracking, or developer collection through the app.

Internal TestFlight preparing Contact support Product overview

There is no public download. The build is intended only for the Tersa Internal group.

Data on your Mac

Tersa locally stores settings, snippets, chains, action history, Direct package metadata, and other configuration required for features you choose to use.

Secrets that you explicitly save are stored in the macOS Keychain. Execution grants and trust decisions stay local and are excluded from backup and sync snapshots.

Optional iCloud

iCloud sync is off by default. After explicit opt-in it may synchronize settings, snippets, chains, and safe package metadata through the user’s private iCloud Drive storage.

Permission grants, secrets, trust roots, shell history, Keychain data, and local diagnostics are never synchronized. iCloud stores the snapshot in container iCloud.ua.firefly.Tersa; Apple’s terms and privacy policy govern that storage.

Network actions and Direct integrations

Tersa makes network connections only for features the user invokes, such as iCloud sync, Direct update checks, import from a supplied GitHub URL, or a command separately approved for network access.

The operator of a user-selected external service may process IP address, request metadata, and submitted data under its own policy. The Mac App Store build does not import code or packages from external sources.

No developer analytics or tracking

F1REFlY does not receive commands, clipboard content, files, shell output, snippets, history, package content, permissions, or iCloud data through Tersa. The app contains no advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, developer analytics, or automatic crash telemetry.

Local diagnostics can be reviewed and copied manually. They are not sent automatically.

System permissions

Accessibility, Automation, file, clipboard, network, and shell capabilities are used only when required by the selected action and available in that distribution channel. System TCC access can be revoked in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Support and website

If you contact support, F1REFlY processes only what you choose to send to respond and investigate. Remove secrets, tokens, personal paths, and confidential output before sending diagnostics.

The firefly.in.ua host may process standard HTTP request logs for site delivery and security. That is separate from collection by the Tersa app.

Retention, deletion, and contact

Local data remains on the Mac until manually cleaned or removed by an available Tersa action. iCloud data remains in the user’s private storage until deleted with Apple’s iCloud management tools.
